So, Sam Walker and his friends were in Marbella, and he was seen posting TikToks of himself driving behind an ambulance and skipping all the traffic while shouting out the window—calling other people peasants and just being his usual self, which, let’s be honest, often includes acting like an idiot and making over £2,000 a day on TikTok.
“Here’s how you get through all the traffic. Just letting you know, guys, this is how you get through a traffic jam in Spain. You just leave all the peasants… Speed up a little bit… Get right behind it… Move out the way, peasants!”
But Sam had no idea what was coming next. Later that night, he was attacked and left for dead.
As the story unravels, it turns out this might not be karma—but a deadly setup by someone close to him.
When Sam first spoke after the attack, he claimed he had been in Africa and was attacked by police. But many people think he was either confused due to his injuries or simply didn’t want to admit what really happened.
Now, let’s talk about someone called Tin Head—most of you probably know who he is. He was with Sam in Spain when the attack happened. And many people are saying that Tin Head may have set Sam up.
Let’s take a look at what he had to say.
“So me, Sam, and my mate from Birmingham... this is the God’s honest truth, yeah? Nothing but the truth. This is how it went down in Marbella.
Sam told me, ‘Come over here, lad. Legit business. You can make two-and-a-half grand a day on TikTok. Bang bang bang.’ So, I thought yeah, go ahead. I’ve lost my twin. I’ve lost my mum. Let’s go make some money.
Flew to Spain. Set up shop.”
“One night, we went down to Puerto Banús. I was with Sam and Jack Simp, my mate from Birmingham—he’s in jail now. We get to Puerto Banús. Sam didn’t want to get out of the car. He just wanted to stay on his phone with the roof down.
I told him, ‘Sam, we’re with a team. You need to get out.’ But he wouldn’t.
So, me and Jack went to get a kebab. And you know in Puerto Banús—opposite Mirage—you have to climb over steps to get to the clubs.
20 minutes later, we come back... Sam had been hit in the head. The roof of the convertible was being put up. We got him in the car and took him to the hospital.”
According to Tin Head, he ran back to the car, and Sam was still "all right" at that point. But here’s what doesn’t make sense—if Sam was fine, why was Tin Head running back like something urgent had happened? What was he anticipating?
After the attack, Sam woke up and started saying he was attacked by police in Africa:
“Got off me, off the police in Africa... Come and see me in Africa... I still live in Spain, though. Ted’s obviously ran away ‘cause he’s been attacked in Spain. Nothing to do with me. I was in Africa, where the police attacked me.”
But we now know Tin Head is telling the truth—at least about being there—because he has Sam’s passport, car keys, and footage of the aftermath.
Still, there’s tension between them. Even though Tin Head claims he saved Sam’s life, Sam hasn’t thanked him. So why is there drama between them... unless Tin Head’s story isn’t the full truth?
Things took another twist when Sam released a video accusing his pregnant girlfriend, Holly, of setting him up:
“I don't know whether that was done on purpose, but all I need now is one punch to the face, and I’m dead. And she puts me in a hostel full of scallies and rats, in a dodgy area—pitch black.
People say she wouldn’t have done it on purpose, but she could’ve booked me somewhere safe. Everyone knows good hotels are on the seafront, not down dark alleyways. That’s how I’m feeling. Maybe I’m wrong—but I feel set up.”
So Sam breaks up with Holly, who’s actually pregnant with twins, and says it’s because he no longer trusts her motives.
Tin Head then shares actual video footage of them driving Sam to the hospital after the attack:
“There he is, getting taken to the hospital. That’s not me driving, that’s Jack. I’m in the back seat. If Sam had been left there another half hour, he wouldn’t be alive right now.
I saved the man. That’s the truth. But he hasn’t even said ‘thank you, Tin, for saving my life.’ Instead, people are chatting [__] about me.”
There are three possibilities here:
Tin Head set up Sam.
Holly set up Sam.
Sam was acting like an idiot, upset the wrong people, and it all caught up with him.
Because let’s be honest—his behavior, yelling at people and calling them peasants, flashing cash, and filming everything, is exactly the kind of thing that could attract trouble in the wrong place.
